Tierra del Sol Housing Corporation (TDS) established the Single-Family Owner-occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program with a partnership of housing advocates including the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development, the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, NeighborWorks America and others. This program allows low-income homeowners to rehabilitate their homes to meet local building and housing codes. This program also addresses safety, health, sanitary and mobility concerns to improve the quality of the household living environment.
